Extravaganza AGM

Camellia japonica 'Extravaganza'
H5
AGM 2012
Average vigour with well spaced branches. It can be slow to grow at first.
Flowers: 12-14cm across, quite deep, neat anemone centres in cooler climates, broader and flatter in warmer areas, surrounded by white petals brightly streaked and striped with red.
Mid to late.
Foliage: 9 x 6cm, slightly serrate, mid green.
Very showy and worthy of its name, blooms are large to very large, especially if buds are thinned.
